Diversity
The variety of human differences, such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, ability, religion, culture, and socioeconomic status, are all included in diversity. In the working environment, variety is a significant idea that means to establish a comprehensive climate where people of various foundations feel esteemed, regarded, and upheld.
